WE DESIGN --- Apart from some traditional tribal baskets, we design all of our products in-house and then have them manufactured by our world-wide network of artisans. They use only top quality, mostly natural, materials and their fantastic skills, to create our unusual and stylish collection.The lack of the usual long chain of middle-men means that while offering to you, our valued customers, the most reasonable prices possible, we are still able to reward our artisans well and improve their lifestyle.

Terms and Conditions
All orders are accepted subject to our terms and conditions as set out below:-
1. All quotations given and contracts of sale made by us shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions which shall prevail over any other terms and conditions in any purchase order or any other document or communication from the party with whom we are dealing (the customer). No other agreement, reservation, promise, undertaking or understanding of any kind shall form part, alter, vary, supersede or operate as a waiver to the Terms of Business unless expressly made or accepted by a Director of the Company in writing.
2. All prices quoted are subject to alteration without prior notice at any time.
3. All prices (including delivery charge) are subject to Value Added Tax and any other tax imposed on the sale of goods from time to time
4. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax.
5. We shall not be liable for delay in delivery, non-delivery or damage to goods by reason of any act of God, Government Orders, Strikes, war or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Goods may not be despatched until payment has been received and cheques cleared.
7. All goods are subject to stock availability.
Returns Policy;
8. In accordance with consumer law we will accept returns, and give a refund of the actual price paid for the products, provided that the item/items originally purchased is/are returned by the customer, at the customers expense, and received by us within 10 days of the original dispatch date. Also provided that the product or products have not been used, is/are found to be in perfect un-marked, un-creased condition, and still sealed in the original undamaged packaging. Except in the case of faulty goods, if a purchased product is returned for refund, the cost of the original delivery to the customer will not be refunded.
